If you don’t feel ready to enter the next level, these classes designed to build the strength necessary for amping up your pole skills, prepping your body for power moves and will smooth over the gap in your abilities. Perfect your core moves with proper guidance and gains strength on the pole so you can move on up. A high-intensity muscle conditioning classes, but an excellent opportunity to work on foundational skills and there will be time allotted to perfecting the moves needed to enter higher-level pole classes.
