Terms and Conditions

A) REFUND & CANCELATION:
1-No refund for missed classes or workshops. However, the student may transfer the student's booking in accordance with the below Terms and Conditions.
2-The studio is not responsible for any transferred booking or un receivable payment from the third party.

B) TRANSFERS:
1- Name transfers are allowable when submitted in writing and approved by Nusaiba.
2-Requests for name transfers must be made no later than 30 days prior to the Event start date.
3-If the transfer is approved; the Student will receive a Text msg on Whatsapp or an email confirmation. A transfer fee of 7 RO applies and must be paid within 7 days of the Student receiving written notice that the transfer has been approved. If payment is not received as required, the approval will lapse.
4-Nusaiba (owner of Rock & Rhythm studio) will not enter any negotiations between the Student and the substitute in relation to any Name transfers.
5-It is the Student’s responsibility to provide a copy of this Terms and Conditions to the substitute. The substitute must accept all terms and conditions of the event.

C) PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA:
1-The Student must always be respectful other attendees of the event.
2-The Student must indemnify Rock & Rhythm, other attendees and Guest instructor against any claim for photographs, video footage, television, radio, internet and social media releases of the Event which has been published by the Student.
3- A Photo release form will be given to the students who agree their pictures and videos be published on Rock and Rhythm social media account.

D) WHAT NOT TO DO:
1-The Student must not engage in, or assist others to engage in any activities which are beyond their limit of health or fitness ability.
2-The Student must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs/ medications that may put the safety of themselves or others at risk.
3-The Student must not attempt any workshops, maneuvers or tricks when wearing attire or products such as skin and hair products that are inappropriate and/or unsafe for the activity being attempted or that may cause the equipment to become slippery and/or unsafe for themselves or others.
4- All materials provided to you during the workshops are the property of Rock & Rhythm studio. You are not entitled to copy, video record, photograph such materials, images (except as permitted by the owner of the studio or the guest instructor ) nor are you entitled to use or authorize others to use them for any commercial purposes.

E) INDEMNITY AND RISK:
1-The Student acknowledges that the Student is above the age of 18 years. Younger students will need approval from the parents.
2-The Student agrees to follow all reasonable instructions given by Nusaiba and Guest instructor.
3-The Student agrees to read the Terms and Conditions imposed by the Venue (House)
The following terms and conditions of the Venue are particularly noted:
I.Smoking and Vaping – no smoking or vaping is permitted in the house, rooms or any enclosed public area
II.Photography – No Taking video or picture of the venue without a permission of Nusaiba
III. The Student must indemnify Rock & Rhythm studio against any claim, liability, expense, cost, loss or damage for personal injury, death or property damage to any person during the duration of the workshop which is caused by, or arising out of, any action by the Student.
4-The Student must assess the Student’s own level of health and fitness ability before participating in the workshops.
5-Rock & Rhythm studio is not responsible for any valuables items and money.

F) EVENT VARIATIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE:
1. The studio will not be liable for any default or delay in the workshops of its obligations, to the extent that such a default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of Nusaiba such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or revolutions, strikes, lockouts or labor difficulties. Such an event or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay is a Force Majeure Event.
